Pensacola, Fla.— Kohn’s on Palafox introduces their light and flavorful spring menu adding to the wide variety of sushi, tapas, and Southeast Asian dishes.

Chef Dot has recreated the salmon roll with an Asian soul-food twist. It wouldn’t be the Salmon BLT roll without the thick cut bacon, lettuce and spicy mayo making for an explosive flavor only to be expected from Chef Dot. Bacon Sushi!

Foodies searching for a signature dish can sample “Khon’s Seafood” consisting of crispy fried shrimp, bay scallops & calamari tossed in a succulent soy based chili and garlic sauce.

“We want every flavor to be pronounced,” said Chef Dot. “From our wild-caught fish to our crisp vegetables and bold sauces, each ingredient has a purpose, which is to satisfy our guests.”

Chef Dot has also added two new entrée salads; Sesame Chicken and Spicy Glass Noodle. Any curry lover can enjoy two new curry dishes including Panang Curry with pineapple and fresh bamboo shoots, and a Green Curry that features fresh local shrimp, Japanese eggplant & shiitake mushrooms. Khon’s new dessert menu is able to satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth. Dive into a decadent Almond Nutella Cake or an espresso-hazelnut cheesecake topped with a fresh squeezed orange juice glaze.
